CONWAY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL SENIORS

DATES: January 2nd through 9th

LOCATION: La Paz Ministry Center, San Jose Succotz

 

A group of high school senior boys, and their chaperones, will help construct a community playground on the La Paz campus for the purpose of attracting young families with children to the activities at the center. The boys will also interact with the students in the local Christian schools in an effort to form a partnership between Conway Christian School and the Belizean schools.

CONSTRUCTION MISSION

DATES: January 13th through 20th

LOCATION: La Paz Ministry Center, San Jose Succotz

COST: $1,800

 

A sixteen-person construction team will stay at La Paz and disperse to construction sites at three separate Christian schools during the day. The work will include the remodeling of a pre-school classroom building, the construction of a new toilet facility for a primary school, and the upgrading of an existing primary school. FAMILY AND COLLEGE MISSION

DATES: Spring Break, March 16th through 23rd

LOCATION: Hope Creek Region of Belize

COST: $2,500

 

Students and families will travel to the Hope Creek region of Belize on spring break to work in partnership with Kidz Konnect 4 Jesus.  We will serve in the Light of the Valley Baptist school and church teaching Bible lessons, hands on science and STEM learning activities as well as encouraging teachers, pastors, and staff.   We will also partner with the woodworking and sewing training happening at the Crossing ministry. SURGICAL MISSION

An orthopedic surgical mission is in the planning stages and will be conducted during the summer of 2024. A four-day in-hospital mission will be conducted in cooperation the Belize Ministry of Health and the Western Regional Government Hospital
